Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Overview
Aoyueheng Technology (hereinafter referred to as "we") offers the following two types of customization services:
Video Customization Services
- •Professional Video Customization: Ideal for content with industry-specific terminology and high accuracy requirements.
- •General Video Customization: Ideal for daily marketing and promotional videos
- •Service offerings include script optimization, digital human narration, subtitles, and visual enhancements.
Custom Web Tool Services
- •Simple Tools: Single-purpose, pure frontend utilities
- •Standard Tool: 2-3 modules, including a basic admin panel and data storage
- •Complete source code, deployment guide, and after-sales support included.
II. Order and Payment Rules
- 1Order Process:Customer submits request via page → We contact within 1 business days to confirm details → Send quote → Customer confirms and pays
- 2Payment Method:A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation to initiate the project. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to delivery.
- 3Order effective:The order becomes active and the delivery timeline begins upon receipt of the deposit.
- 4Cancellation Policy:Orders cancelled unilaterally after project commencement (upon receipt of deposit) are non-refundable.
3. Delivery and Acceptance Criteria
Video customization delivery timeline
- Professional Video Customization:5-7 business days
- General Video Customization:3-5 business days
- Rush Service:Cut time in half (+30% fee)
Web Tool Delivery Timeline
- Simple Tools:3-5 business days
- Standard Tools:5-7 business days
- Rush Service:Cut time in half (+30% fee)
Acceptance Process:
- 1. After we deliver the finished product, the customer must complete acceptance within 3 business days.
- 2. Any revision requests must be submitted in full during the acceptance period.
- 3. If no feedback is received within 3 business days, the item will be automatically accepted.
- 4. Upon successful acceptance, the final payment will be made and we will deliver the complete files/source code.
IV. Modifications and Refund Policy
Update Policy
Video customization includes {0} revision(s):
- • Basic Plan: 1 free revisions
- • Standard Edition: 2 free revisions
- • Pro: 3 free revisions
Web tool includes {0} modifications:
- • Simple tools: 1 free revisions
- • Standard Plan: 2 free revisions
Additional modification fees:Video +¥70/use, Web tool +¥200/use
Refund Policy
1. Deposit Rules
- •After placing an order, you must pay 50% of the total order amount as a deposit.
- •The project officially begins after the deposit is paid.
II. Refunds Due to Customer Reasons
- •Order cancellation after deposit payment but before project launch: 30% of the deposit is retained as a service fee; the remaining 70% will be refunded.
- •Refund policy after project launch (requirements confirmed or production started): deposit is non-refundable.
- •Refunds not available after product delivery.
3. Refund Due to Our Error
- •Due to technical issues on our end, we cannot deliver as agreed: full refund plus 10% of the order total as liquidated damages.
- •Full refund if deliverables have obvious quality issues that cannot be fixed.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding refunds, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiations fail, the matter shall be submitted toShaoguan Arbitration CommissionArbitration.
V. Ownership of Intellectual Property
- Customer Rights:Upon full payment, the customer obtains complete usage rights of the final product for commercial promotion, social media sharing, and other purposes.
- Web Tool Source Code:Upon delivery, the customer gains the right to use and modify the source code, enabling self-deployment or custom development.
- All rights reserved:We reserve the right to use finished products as case studies unless confidentiality is explicitly requested by the client.
- Third-party assets:For third-party fonts, music, images, etc., copyright remains with the original owner. Customers must ensure compliance with usage rights.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice:
Our services are limited to video production and web tool development.Does not provide any professional medical services such as medical diagnosis, drug recommendations, or health consultations.If the video content involves medical information, the customer must ensure its accuracy and assume all associated responsibilities.
- •We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of content and materials provided by customers.
- •We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customer feedback or payment delays.
- •We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).
- •Post-delivery issues caused by customer modifications are not covered under free support.
VII. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with, and any disputes shall be resolved under:Laws of the People's Republic of ChinaIn the event of a dispute between the parties, they shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court located at our headquarters.
